Conversing with our inner child: What Thom believes it is, and what it isn’t. Patrick relates his firsthand experience doing this work in his own treatment for addiction. Finding the inner child isn’t really the problem. Ultimately what we’re looking for is the adult to take care of the child. As with all recovery matters, we encourage you to take what’s helpful, leave what’s not.
Allen Berger will return with us tomorrow for a full-length episode. Wishing a happy July 4th weekend to our American listeners, and much love to our entire audience.
