Quality, long term recovery requires that we build a solid support system, both interpersonally and INTRApersonally (including inner Recovery Voice). But putting a support system together is useless unless we learn to make good use of it and then make that support a part of our daily practice. In this episode we celebrate Dr. Berger’s 50 years of sobriety.
